I think you have to ask adwords. Look on the site for information like that or call the customer care line.

no there isnt….but i would google their website name…or the website title or products…you should see it on the adwords.
once you search by website name..you can look on the right…and go through the sponsored links

The position you’re talking about is simply a position one ad. Sometimes they appear right there at the top, and sometimes they appear on the right of the page.

If you go to your adwords account you can actually tell adwords to ONLY show your ad when it appears in spot 1. This will however cost you extra whenever it appears. It will also get you a much, much better CTR.

I advertise a client of mine using adwords and only use position 1 placements, and get a consistent 6-8% ctr.
